Changelog

What’s new in Plannimo.

Notable changes, in reverse-chronological order. Smaller fixes and tweaks ship constantly and don’t make it here.

v0.9

Cleanup pass on a bunch of things you've been asking for:

  • Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K) opens a command palette. Search across every client, every trip, every settings page from anywhere. Way faster than clicking through the nav once you've got 50+ trips on file.
  • Notification bell in the top nav. Reminder sends, trial-end alerts, and referral conversions show up here so you have a feed of what the system did for you.
  • Welcome checklist on the dashboard. Auto-ticks itself off as you complete each step. Dismissible.
  • Daily digest is now per-agent. Pick the hour you want it in your own time zone. Previously every digest fired at 7am Eastern — sorry to the West Coast.
  • CSV import for clients and trips. If you've been keeping families in a spreadsheet for years, you can now bulk-load them. Map columns auto-detected.
  • Onboarding flow for brand-new agents that captures time zone before you hit the dashboard. Not interesting if you're already here, but the next agent through the door has a smoother first 90 seconds.
  • Standalone FAQ page at /faq with way more answers than the landing-page teaser had room for.

v0.8

Two big ones:

  • Co-pilot can now make changes — not just read. Ask it to mark a trip as booked, add a Lightning Lane reminder, or drop a restaurant onto an ADR wish list and it'll prepare the change with a confirmation card right in the chat. Nothing applies until you click Confirm. Every action is permanently logged so you can see exactly what was done and why.
  • Refer-an-agent program. Share your link, get $29 credit on your next Stripe invoice when someone you referred starts a paid plan. Find your code in Settings → Billing.

Also:

  • Trip detail page now refreshes inline when the co-pilot makes a change, no manual reload.
  • Daily digest gets a friendlier tone after some early feedback.

v0.7

Two new AI features for trips:

  • ADR wish list builder. Click a button and Plannimo drafts a ranked list of dining picks for the trip — a mix of character meals, signature spots, and reliable mid-tier picks tailored to party size and the agent's notes. Edit the list, mark items booked at T-60 morning. The thing you've been doing in a Google Doc, now built into the trip.
  • Park strategy generator. Multi-day plan with anchors, Lightning Lane priorities, dining suggestions, and pacing tips per day. Renders on the public itinerary page below the welcome — clients see it.

Plus a quieter improvement: the special-events catalog now flags trips that overlap a typical EPCOT festival, MNSSHP / VMCP party window, or runDisney race weekend. Nudges the agent (and the AI) to verify exact dates before promising specifics.

v0.6

The Plannimo co-pilot is live. Floating purple button at the bottom-right of every page. Click it to chat with Claude Sonnet 4.6, with read access to your clients, trips, the Disney resort + dining catalog, and the page you were viewing when you opened it.

What it's good at right now:

  • Drafting a welcome email or post-trip follow-up email in your voice (it pulls your saved signature from settings)
  • Summarizing what's known about a client before a planning call
  • Recommending dining venues based on party size, kids' ages, dietary needs
  • Quick lookups — "when does ADR open for July 4 check-in?" — without you switching to Google

It's not yet able to write to your data. That's coming soon with explicit confirmation.

Also shipped:

  • Client-facing itinerary. AI-drafted, branded, public URL you can send to your clients. Every itinerary carries a small "Powered by Plannimo" link at the bottom — that's how I'm hoping new agents find this thing.

v0.5

Two structural improvements:

  • Resort dropdown instead of free-text. Picking from the canonical list of WDW resorts means the AI features (and you, looking at a list 6 months from now) actually understand what you booked. Existing typed values are preserved.
  • Commission tracking. Add base price + commission rate to a trip and the dashboard shows your YTD commission earnings as a tile. Optional fields — leave them blank if you don't track.

Also: Stripe billing went live. Existing accounts are grandfathered (free forever, thanks for being early). New signups get a 14-day trial then $29/month or $290/year.

v0.1

Plannimo is live. The first version covers:

  • Client roster
  • Trip management with live booking-window countdowns
  • Six automated reminder emails per trip (ADR window approaching + open, Lightning Lane, online check-in, day-before, post-trip)
  • Per-agent reminder customization
  • Email signature appended to every reminder
  • Mobile-responsive, no native app

Built solo on Next.js 16, Supabase, and Resend. If you spot a bug or want a feature, email contact@plannimo.com.
