Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Plannimo (“Plannimo,” “we,” or “us”), workflow software for travel agents who book Disney vacations. By creating an account or using Plannimo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Plannimo. Plannimo is offered to independent travel agents and agencies for business use only.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@plannimo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Plannimo to send unsolicited bulk email or any communication that violates anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, etc.)
  • Upload, store, or process information you are not authorized to collect from your clients
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with Plannimo’s operation
  • Resell or sublicense access to Plannimo without our written consent

4. Your data

You retain all rights to the information you put into Plannimo (your client roster, trip details, notes). We process that information on your behalf to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data.

5. Disney trademarks and affiliation

Plannimo is independent software. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries. References to Disney, Walt Disney World, Lightning Lane, Genie+, and similar terms are for descriptive purposes only.

6. Service availability

We work to keep Plannimo available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Reminder emails are scheduled and sent on a best-effort basis — you should always confirm time-sensitive booking windows directly with the relevant vendor.

7. Fees and billing

Plannimo is offered as a paid subscription. Standard pricing is $29/month or $290/year, billed in advance. Every new account includes a 14-day free trial — no credit card is required to start the trial, and you will not be charged until you choose to convert to a paid plan.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. Pricing is subject to change with at least 30 days’ notice.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings page. Doing so permanently removes your data, including all clients, trips, and reminders. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

PLANNIMO IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST BOOKINGS, MISSED RESERVATION WINDOWS, OR LOST PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the product. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
