Privacy Policy

Plannimo (“Plannimo,” “we,” or “us”) builds workflow software for travel agents. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We try to keep this page short and readable.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash). We do not see your password.
Profile information. Optional details you add in settings — host agency, time zone, email signature.
Client and trip data. Information you choose to put into Plannimo about the people you book travel for: names, contact info, trip dates, resort preferences, notes. This data is provided and controlled by you.
Operational data. Login timestamps, IP addresses, and basic device information used to keep accounts secure and debug problems.
2. How we use it
- To provide and maintain the Plannimo service
- To send the reminder emails you schedule (booking-window alerts, check-in reminders, post-trip follow-ups)
- To respond to support requests
- To detect, investigate, and prevent abuse or security incidents
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share data only with the service providers we need to run Plannimo:
- Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
- Resend — transactional email delivery for the reminders Plannimo sends on your behalf
- Vercel — application hosting and serverless compute
Each of these providers operates under their own privacy and security terms and processes data only as needed to provide their service.
4. Where data is stored
Plannimo’s primary database is hosted in the United States. If you access Plannimo from outside the US, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.
5. Security
Your account is isolated from other agents’ accounts at the database level using row-level security. Connections to Plannimo are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Backups are encrypted at rest. Despite these measures, no system is perfectly secure — please report any concerns to security@plannimo.com.
6. Your rights
You can update your profile and reminder settings at any time. You can delete your account from the settings page, which permanently removes your account and every client, trip, and reminder you stored in Plannimo. If you need help with a specific request (export, copy, correction), email us at contact@plannimo.com.
7. Email
Plannimo sends you transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset) and the reminder emails you schedule. We do not send marketing emails without separate, explicit opt-in.
8. Children
Plannimo is for use by travel agents in their professional capacity and is not directed at children under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or in the product before the changes take effect.
