Do I need a credit card to start the trial?+
No. Sign up with just your name and email. We don't ask for billing info until you choose to convert at the end of the 14 days.
What happens at the end of the trial?+
Nothing automatic — your account stays usable but new reminders pause until you add a payment method. We'll email you before the trial ends so it isn't a surprise.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your access continues through the period you've already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?+
Subscription fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any point and you won't be charged again. The 14-day trial exists so you can fully evaluate the product before paying.
Is there an agency / team plan?+
Not yet. The current product is built for solo agents. Multi-agent pricing is on the roadmap — email contact@plannimo.com if you want to be notified.
Will the price change?+
If we raise prices, existing customers keep their current rate for at least 12 months. We'll give you 30 days' notice before any change.
