Pricing & billing

What does Plannimo cost?+

$29/month or $290/year. Same features either way. The yearly plan saves you about 16% — two months free vs. paying monthly. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial and we don't ask for a card to start.

How does the free trial work?+

Sign up with just your name and email. You get 14 days of full access — every feature, no limits. We don't charge you until you choose to add a payment method, and you'll get a heads-up email a few days before the trial ends so it isn't a surprise. If you don't subscribe, your account stays read-only — your data is preserved if you come back later.

Do you offer refunds?+

Subscription fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time and you won't be charged again. The 14-day trial exists so you can fully evaluate the product before paying. If something specific went wrong — bug, downtime, billing mistake — email contact@plannimo.com and we'll make it right.

Can I cancel any time?+

Yes. Open Settings → Billing and click into the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your access continues through the period you've already paid for, then the account becomes read-only.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Anything Stripe accepts: most major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Klarna, Link, and ACH bank debit in the US. Stripe handles all card data — Plannimo never sees your card number.

Will the price change?+

If we raise prices, existing customers keep their current rate for at least 12 months from the change. We'll give you 30 days' notice before any change takes effect.

Product scope

Are you affiliated with Disney?+

No. Plannimo is independent software built for travel agents who specialize in Disney bookings. We're not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company. References to Disney, Walt Disney World, Lightning Lane, etc. are descriptive only.

What if I don't only book Disney?+

You can still use Plannimo, but the booking-window reminders and AI features are tuned for Walt Disney World specifically. If most of your work is Disney, you'll get the most value. The client and trip tracking work for any vacation — it's the timing and dining-knowledge layers that are Disney-specific.

Do you support Disneyland, DCL, or Aulani?+

Not yet. Plannimo's reminders, dining catalog, and resort metadata are tuned for Walt Disney World in Florida. Disneyland (California), Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, and the international parks have different booking windows and different dining options. If there's enough demand we'll expand — let us know at contact@plannimo.com.

Can my team use it together?+

Not yet. Plannimo is currently a single-agent product — every agent has their own account with their own clients and trips. Multi-agent / agency-team support is on the roadmap but not in the product today.

Does Plannimo replace my host agency's tools?+

No. Your host agency probably gives you a CRM for storing client contacts, plus booking tools to actually make reservations. Plannimo sits alongside those — it's the workflow layer that tracks the Disney-specific booking windows and reminds you when to act. Most agents use Plannimo + their host agency's CRM together.

Reminders & co-pilot

Can I customize the reminder schedule?+

Defaults match Disney's published booking windows: 60-day ADR, 7-day online check-in, 7-day Lightning Lane Multi Pass. You can toggle each of the six reminder types on or off in Settings → Reminders. Custom lead times per reminder are on the roadmap.

Who do reminders go to — me or my client?+

You. Plannimo's reminders are agent-facing — they tell you when to act. We never email your client unless you explicitly send them an itinerary via the public itinerary feature, and even then it's a link they open, not an automated email.

What does the AI co-pilot have access to?+

Your data, scoped to your account by row-level security. The co-pilot can read your clients, trips, dining catalog, and Disney domain knowledge to draft emails, build ADR wish lists, and answer questions. With your explicit confirmation it can also make changes (mark a trip as booked, schedule a reminder). It can't access another agent's data and we don't use your conversations to train AI models.

Data & security

Will my client data be safe?+

Every account is isolated at the database level using Postgres row-level security policies — a bug in our code physically can't return another agent's data. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS with HSTS); database backups are encrypted at rest. See the security page for the full breakdown.

Can I export my data?+

Bulk export is on the roadmap. For now, you can copy data out per-trip (the public itinerary URL, or screenshots of the trip detail). If you need a full export before that ships, email contact@plannimo.com and we'll generate one for you.

What happens if I delete my account?+

Settings → Account → Delete account. You type DELETE to confirm, then everything is removed: your profile, every client, every trip, every reminder, every co-pilot conversation, and your Stripe subscription is canceled. There's no undo and no recovery — by design.

Do you train AI models on my data?+

No. Anthropic's API (which powers our co-pilot) doesn't train on your inputs by default, and we don't opt in. Your client information stays your client information.
